These include ASME Section VIII Division I, API 660 and EN-13445, alongside relevant standards for connections, fabrication and materials.

Precision manufacturing, controlled fabrication and material testing also form an important part of the production process.

Quality and Reliable Process Performance

S2 Engineering manufactures its heat exchangers at its Hyderabad facility, with capabilities ranging from bespoke individual units through to large-scale production batches.

Careful consideration is given to areas including thermal expansion, fabrication, material testing and equipment configuration to support reliable operation and long-term performance.

Optional features can also include double tube sheets, insulation and crevice-free construction depending on the requirements of the application.
