Ramakrishna Kandula, Managing Director
Kandula Ramakrishna is the Managing Director of our Company. He has passed his part I and II in Technicians Engineering Examination from The Institute of Mechanical Engineers. He is currently a partner at M/s S2 Engineering Services and has professional experience of over 14 years.
Kandula Krishna Veni, Executive Director
Kandula Krishna Veni is an Executive Director of our Company. She holds a master’s degree in business administration, with a specialization in finance management and a graduate diploma in management, with a specialization in finance management from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration. She has professional experience of over 14 years and is currently a partner in the partnership firm M/s S2 Engineering Services.
Venkata Siva Prasad Katragadda, Executive Director
Venkata Siva Prasad Katragadda is the Executive Director of the Company. He holds a degree of Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh University. He was previously holding various leadership positions, including Senior Manager at NILE Limited and Plant Manager at System air India Pvt Ltd. He has a total 35 years of experience.
Sudhakara Reddy Siddareddy, Independent Director
Sudhakara Reddy Siddareddy is the Additional Independent Director on our Board. He holds a Master of Science degree in agriculture from the Andhra Pradesh Agricultural University. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Syndicate Bank and is currently a working partner at Siri Constructions Infrastructure Private Limited and has professional experience of over 4 decades.
Anjaneyulu Pathuri, Chief Financial Officer
Anjaneyulu Pathuri is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Aurobindo Pharma Limited in the capacity of assistant general manager, with M. Anandam & Co. Chartered Accountants in the capacity of Audit Manager, with S.R. Batliboi & Associates LLP Chartered Accountants in the capacity of Senior Manager and with G.M. Kapadia & Co., Chartered Accountants. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Kallam Hima Priya, Company Secretary
Kallam Hima Priya is the Company Secretary of our Company. She has completed her bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Further, she has passed the L.L.B (3-YDC) degree from Osmania University, Faculty of Law. Prior to joining our Company, she has worked with Birthplace Healthcare Private Limited in the capacity of a company secretary. She is an associate member at the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Kudaravalli Punna Rao, Executive Vice President,
Kudaravalli Punna Rao aged 60years is the Executive Vice President, Manufacturing, of our Company. He has been associated with the Company since its incorporation and is responsible for the manufacturing department of the Company. He has completed his SSC from TB High School in Andhra Pradesh. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Nava Bharat Ferro Alloys Limited. He was paid an amount of ₹1.92 million in Fiscal 2024.
Shirish Nilkantharao Dhamnekar, Chief Operating Officer
Shirish Nilkantharao Dhamnekar, aged 53 years is the Chief Operating Officer of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in technology, in chemical engineering from Nagpur University. He has also completed his diploma degree in business management from the University of Pune. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with GMM Pfaudler Limited and Sulzer India Limited.
Talluri Surendra, General Manager
Talluri Surendra, aged 46 years is the General Manager, Bio –Technical, Division, of our Company. He is responsible for the biotech process equipment development division of our Material Subsidiary. He holds a Master of Science degree in microbiology from Nagarjuna University. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with AFC Agro Biotech Limited, Artemis Biotech, Gujarat Themis Biosyn Limited and Rampex Labs Private Limited.
